Terms and Conditions

The agent you talked to will provide  the quotation and overview lay-out of your desired design to give you clear visualization of the entourage. This includes the chosen theme and design of the bride.

Our wedding package requires a 30% deposit to secure the date. This is not refundable.

The remaining balance must be paid one (1)  week before the event. We will give you a notice for the payment.

The quotation price might change at 72 hours prior due uncontrollable phenomena such as bad weather that will result in shortage of supply and flower’s availability in the market. We will inform you as soon as possible if there are additional fees when this occurs. 

 

Due to the nature of nature, we cannot predict if certain flowers will be available as predicted. We will do our best to make your flowers the most beautiful creations possible and exactly to the design overview we provided. We will send you a picture of your order for approval before delivery

 

The clients must shoulder the delivery fee (sedan transportation) of the items transported to the location of the event. 

 

We suggest you put a 4 hour interval to the delivery time.

 

If the client prefers the item to be introduced by the florist or staff, he/she must pay a service fee which is 0.05% of the package.

Cancellation of the package within 30 days before the event will result in a penalty of 50% of the package price.

Our Commitment

We agree to provide all the flowers and arrangements delivered at the agreed time and destination. All the flowers are organized upon delivery and labeled to avoid confusion. We guarantee that our flowers are in their best condition whether it's fresh or dried flowers before delivery. We will take accountability if there are shortcomings on our side that causes inconvenience to our clients.
